Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches (PCFB) is the department under the Flagler County Board of County Commissioners that functions as the official destination and tourism marketing and management organization for the entire county.
Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches is the consumer-friendly name by which the Tourism Development Office does business.
PCFB operates under Florida State Statue 125.0104 and is funded exclusively by the Tourist Development Tax, which is also known as "bed tax".
A 5% tax is collected on all accommodations in Flagler County rented for less than six months.
PCFB works closely with the local industry to increase visitation through integrated programs targeting key markets. Local tourism businesses (aka partners) are encouraged to actively participate in all of the programs and outreach efforts.
