The Synergy Sports Complex will be a  state-of-the-art sports complex designed to meet the growing needs of Flagler County and Palm Coast. A place where athletes of all ages and skill levels can train and compete, where families can gather for tournaments and events, and where sports tourism can help fuel economic growth.

Flagler County is currently in talks to enter an agreement with Synergy Sports Global, a national sports consulting firm with expertise in creative public/private partnerships with municipalities, colleges, and universities. Synergy Sports has over 30 complex projects in development nationally as public/private partnerships.

The Flagler County proposal calls for a 500-acre park that would include: an indoor recreation center; a natural turf tournament stadium; multi-use fields for soccer, lacrosse, and football with natural turf; similar multi-use fields with synthetic turf; and preservation areas.

The costs for the current conceptual site plan are estimated to be between $90 and $100 million.
