Oceanfront Links Golf Course at Hammock Dunes Club

  • Overview

Although the Links Golf Course is designed for every golfer, there is plenty of sand and water to challenge you. The Links Golf Course has water on 12 of its 18 holes. Its tees range from 5021 yards from the Red tees to 6904 yards from the Gold tees. The course is deceptively challenging and there are few golfers who aren't challenged by the tee shot from the Gold tees on #2. It's a hefty 247 yard Par 3, which features water on the left, trees on the right and a small green, guarded by sand. Golf club members and their guests can have 18 relaxing and enjoyable holes at the ocean or they can see just how much they've got by playing the back tees at the Links. It's up to you but it's a great choice to have to make. The Oceanfront Links Golf Course was designed by Tom Fazio and has three holes on the Atlantic Ocean and twelve holes with water in play. There are few more stunning oceanfront golf course views than from the green at #18, where you finish at the Atlantic or on the 7th tee box, where you can see shrimp boats fishing offshore and ospreys flying overhead with fish in their talons. It has been rated #9 golf course in Florida and combines gorgeous scenery with superb play-ability. The Links Golf Course meanders through the Hammock Dunes private, gated, oceanfront community, known for its beautiful custom homes and gorgeous landscaping.
