Are you ready for a "wheel-y" good time? We're rolling out our seriously silly new series, "Spin a Day," where we spin a wheel to create a random, fun-filled day in Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches. There's so much to see, taste, and do throughout the destination, so let the wheel take the wheel---and plan the ultimate itinerary!

Spin a Day: Kids' Edition

For this edition, we loaded up the wheel with some fun kid-friendly things to do in Palm Coast and the Flagler Beaches and let the little ones lead the way. From playgrounds to popsicles, there are endless ways to "Spin a Day" with your kiddos.

Spin #1: Something Sweet at Hot Diggity Dogs and Shakes in Bunnell

Much to the delight of these youngsters, their first spin landed on "Something Sweet." Our pint-sized crew settled on milkshakes, so we hit up Hot Diggity Dogs and Shakes in Bunnell for a sweet treat. This roadside stand serves up a wild variety of frankfurters and some deliciously creamy milkshakes.

Spin #2: Visit a Park -- James. F Holland Memorial Park

For their second wheel spin, the kids hit "Visit a Park" and immediately chose James F. Holland Memorial Park. Located in Palm Coast, this park features a splash pad, playground, and more. Propelled by sugar and endless youthful energy, they ran, climbed and slid their way around this family favorite.

Spin #3: Gift Shop Fun -- The Salty Turtle

Post-playground adventure, the kids were ready for something a little more low-key and the wheel delivered by landing on "Gift Shop." We made our way to The Salty Turtle, a Flagler Beach gift shop brimming with colorful beach apparel, a fantastic assortment of souvenirs, and more.

Spin #4: Beach Trip -- Flagler Beach

The kids' last spin stopped on "Beach Trip," so we popped over to Flagler Beach for some time in the sand. Flagler Beach boasts six miles of cinnamon-colored sand, perfect for building sandcastles, splashing in the waves, and seashell hunting.
