Overview
HoopYogini™ combines hula hooping with yogic stretches and mindfulness meditation.
Join Jocelyn Gordon, Creator of HoopYogini™ for a one hour, all-levels practice surrounded by the beauty of nature.
No experience required! Open to beginner to advanced yogis and hula hoopers ages 8 and up.
Adult Size Hoops will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Participants ages 13 and up will have priority choice of larger hoops.
Park Entrance:
$5 park per car
Class:
$10 per teen/adult ages 13 and up
$5 per child 8-12
Kids under 8 are free!
Meet on the Event Field (near the stage).
Bring water, towel, and insect repellent.
