WHERE CAN I FIND A MAP OF THE COURSE THAT RELATES TO MY RACE?

A map of the course will be posted on each event’s page.

WILL THERE BE TIME LIMITS ON THE EVENTS?

Each event and distance will have a cut off time.

ARE REFUNDS OFFERED FOR THIS EVENT?

No. Entry Fees are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless if you become ill, injured, have an unexpected emergency, pregnancy, travel issues etc. If the event is cancelled due to weather, registrations will be transferred to the postponed event dates.

ARE TRANSFERS ALLOWED?

Any entry transfers must be submitted a minimum of 10 days prior to the event.

65- Low, 85- High

WHAT IS FLAGLER'S AVERAGE WATER TEMPERATURE IN MAY?

74 - Low, 78 - High

IS THIS EVENT TIMED?

Yes, this event is chip timed. Awards will be given in Youth and Adult for 1st - 3rd place.

WILL THERE BE A BAG CHECK?

There will not be a bag check on site. While locals and visitors have a long understanding of "beach code" we still encourage athletes to leave as much as they can in their car. We are not responsible for anything that might get lost or stolen.

HOW DO I GET TO THE START POINT ON RACE DAY?

There is plenty of free parking throughout Flagler Beach. There will be parking maps included in the welcome packet and added to the website closer to the event.

WHEN AND WHERE IS PACKET PICK-UP?

You can’t miss it, next to the event stage on the day of your event.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR PACKET PICK-UP?

You will need to bring a copy of your confirmation email and a photo ID.  

HOW DO I SIGN UP AS A VOLUNTEER?

You can sign up as a volunteer on the registration page for the event or email Craig Lenniger at clenniger@visitflagler.com  

CAN I SWITCH EVENTS? 

Participants are allowed to switch events (if space permits), however switches must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start of the event. Please contact us with any changes.
